If you're driving from central Bingo, head east on Route 2 towards Hiroshima. Continue on Route 2 until you reach the exit for the Sanyo Expressway. Merge onto the Sanyo Expressway and follow the signs for Okayama. After approximately 1.5 hours, take the exit towards the Okayama area and merge onto Route 30. Follow Route 30 to the junction for the Route 2 towards Osaka and merge onto it. Continue on Route 2 until you reach Shinagawa City, Tokyo. Use a GPS or map application to navigate directly to 3 Chome-7-22 Kitashinagawa, Shinagawa City, Tokyo 140-0001. Be aware that parking may incur additional costs, typically ranging from ¥500 to ¥1500 depending on the area.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a local train from Bingo to Fukuyama Station. From Fukuyama Station, transfer to the Sanyo Shinkansen (bullet train) heading towards Tokyo. After approximately 3 hours, you will arrive at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (the green line) towards Shinagawa. Get off at Shinagawa Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to the east exit (Takanawa Exit). From there, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Shotokuji, which is located at 3 Chome-7-22 Kitashinagawa. The taxi ride should cost around ¥1000-¥1500, depending on traffic.
