If you are driving from Bizen City, begin by heading south on Route 2. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 30. Take the exit onto Route 30 towards Okayama City. After about 10 kilometers, merge onto Route 53 towards the city center. Follow the signs for Okayama City, and then look for signs directing you to the Handayama Botanical Gardens. The gardens are located at 3-1 Hokaiin, Kita Ward, Okayama, 700-0004. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be a small fee for parking.

To reach the Okayama City Handayama Botanical Gardens from Bizen using public transportation, start by taking the JR Ako Line from Bizen to Okayama Station.
