Getting There

Car
If you are driving from central Shikoku, take the Sanyo Expressway (E2) towards Okayama. Exit at the Okayama Junction and merge onto the Okayama Bypass (E2) towards Kurashiki. Continue until you reach the Sakaide City area. From there, follow signs for the ferry terminal to Inujima. Park your car at the designated parking area near the ferry terminal. The ferry to Inujima departs regularly, and the ticket costs approximately 1,000 yen for a round trip.

To reach Inujima via public transportation, start by taking a train to Okayama Station. From Okayama Station, transfer to the JR Uno Line and travel to Uno Station. The train fare is around 600 yen. Upon arrival at Uno Station, walk to the nearby ferry terminal (about a 5-minute walk). Purchase your ferry ticket to Inujima, which costs approximately 1,000 yen for a round trip. The ferry ride takes about 20 minutes.
