For public transportation, start at Buzen Station. Take the Nishitetsu train heading towards Fukuoka. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Disembark at Tenjin Station. From Tenjin Station, transfer to the subway (Kuko Line) and take the train towards Fukuoka Airport. Get off at Nakasu-Kawabata Station. Nakasukanrakugai is a short walk from the station, approximately 10 minutes. Follow the signs to Nakasu, and you'll find it easily. Note that the total cost for the train fare is around 800 JPY.
