Walking
From Dazaifu Station, Komyozenji Temple is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Exit the station and walk along the main street towards Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. Before reaching the shrine's main entrance, turn left onto a smaller street. Continue walking straight, and you'll find Komyozenji Temple on your left. The path is well-signed, and the walk is a pleasant way to experience the local atmosphere.
Public Transport
While Komyozenji Temple is within walking distance from Dazaifu Station, you can also take the 'Mahoroba' community bus for a short ride. From Dazaifu Station Bus Terminal, take the bus bound for 'Uchiyama' and get off at the 'Komyozenji' bus stop, which is right in front of the temple. The bus fare is around ¥150-200. The bus runs infrequently, so check the timetable at the station.
