Car
If you're driving from central Chikuzen, take Route 200 heading towards Asakura. After approximately 15 minutes, merge onto Route 386. Continue for another 10 minutes until you reach the Akizuki area. Look for signs indicating 'Akizuki Castle Ruins' and follow them. The ruins are located at 〒838-0011 Fukuoka, Asakura, Akizukinotori, ６６３. There is parking available near the site, but it's advisable to arrive early during peak tourist seasons.

To reach Akizuki Castle Ruins using public transportation, start your journey at Chikuzen Station. Take the Nishitetsu train on the Tenjin Omuta Line towards Omuta. Get off at the Amagi Station (about a 25-minute ride). From Amagi Station, catch the Nishitetsu bus heading towards Akizuki (approximately 20 minutes). The bus will drop you off near the Akizuki area. Walk towards the ruins, which are about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance for return trips, as they may not run frequently.
