Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chikuzen. Head south on Route 3 towards Dazaifu. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Dazaifu. Once in Dazaifu, look for Kanzeonji Temple signs. Turn left onto Kanzeonji Street, and continue until you reach 5 Chome-7-10 Kanzeonji. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a small fee (around 500 yen for a few hours).
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, head to Chikuzen's nearest train station, which is the Chikuzen-Maebara Station. Take the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line towards Dazaifu Station. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Dazaifu Station, exit and walk towards Kanzeonji Temple. It’s about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards Kanzeonji Street, and you will find Kaidanin at 5 Chome-7-10 Kanzeonji. Make sure to check the train schedule, as it may vary.
