Experience Nagatare Seaside Park

Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from central Chikuzen, head southwest on Route 3. After approximately 20 minutes (about 17 km), merge onto the Kyushu Expressway (E3) towards Fukuoka. Continue on the expressway for about 10 km and take the exit for Fukuoka. Follow the signs for Imajuku and merge onto Prefectural Road 31. From there, follow the signs to Nagatare Seaside Park. There is free parking available at the park.

  • Public Transportation - Train

    From Chikuzen Station, board the train on the Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu) and head towards Fukuoka. After about a 25-minute ride, get off at Imajuku Station. From Imajuku Station, Nagatare Seaside Park is about a 15-minute walk. Simply exit the station, head northwest towards Imajuku Ekimae 1 Chome, and follow the signs to the park. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the station which costs about 800-1000 JPY.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    From Chikuzen, take a local bus to Imajuku Station. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Imajuku Station, follow the walking directions provided earlier to reach Nagatare Seaside Park. Note that bus fares vary but expect to pay around 500-600 JPY.
