Turn left onto Route 202 and continue for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Kamiari Shrine. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at 801-1 Kamiari, Itoshima, Fukuoka 819-1123. There is parking available near the shrine.

The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Kamiari stop, and the shrine is a short 5-minute walk from there.
