Take the subway to Shinjuku-sanchome Station, which is about a 10-minute walk to the Samurai Museum. From Shinjuku-sanchome Station, take Exit A1 and walk towards Kabukicho. The museum will be on your left. Subway fare from Tokyo Station to Shinjuku-sanchome is between ¥190-¥230.
