    From JR Ukiha Station, the shrine is approximately a 25-minute walk. Head south, following signs for Ukiha Inari Shrine. The route involves a steady climb. Be prepared for around 300 steps.

  • Public Transport

    From Nishitetsu-Kurume bus stop, take Nishitetsu bus #20 to Takeshige bus stop. From there, it's a short 2-3 minute walk to the shrine. Bus fare is approximately ¥500.

  • Taxi

    A taxi from anywhere in Chikugo should take around 15-20 minutes. Provide the driver with the shrine address: 1513-9 Ukihamachi Nagarekawa, Ukiha, Fukuoka 839-1411. The fare may range from ¥2000 to ¥3000.

  • Driving

    Exit the Kyushu Expressway at the Asakura Interchange. Drive for another 20 minutes following signs for Ukiha Inari Shrine. There are two parking lots available, one at the bottom of the torii gates and another near the shrine. Parking is free, but spaces are limited.
