Getting There

• Public Transportation

  If you're starting in Chubu and wish to use public transport, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Nagoya Station to Tokyo Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. After arriving at Tokyo Station, follow the signs to the JR Yamanote Line and board a train bound for Shimbashi Station. This ride will take around 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Shimbashi Station, transfer to the Yurikamome Line. Purchase a ticket to Odaiba Seaside Park Station, which costs roughly 320 yen. The Yurikamome Line is an elevated train that offers scenic views of Tokyo Bay and takes about 15 minutes to reach Odaiba Seaside Park Station.

  If you prefer to drive from Chubu to Odaiba Seaside Park, start by getting onto the Tomei Expressway (E1) from Nagoya. Follow the signs for Tokyo, which will eventually merge into the Shuto Expressway (E20) as you approach the city. Take the Daiba exit to reach Odaiba. The drive typically takes around 3 to 4 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you can park in one of the nearby parking facilities like the Decks Tokyo Beach parking or Aqua City Tokyo Bay parking, where fees may range from 300 to 600 yen per hour.

• Combination of Public Transportation and Walking

  An alternative route involves taking the Shinkansen from Nagoya to Shinagawa Station (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes). At Shinagawa, transfer to the Rinkai Line and board a train towards Osaki. Get off at the last stop, then transfer to the Yurikamome Line at Shimbashi. Ensure you purchase a ticket to Odaiba Seaside Park Station for about 320 yen. Upon arriving at Odaiba Seaside Park Station, follow the signs to the park entrance, which is just a short walk away.
