Start from Kai city center and head towards the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道). Follow signs for the expressway and merge onto it. Continue on Chuo Expressway until you reach the exit for the Shinjuku area. Take the Shinjuku exit and follow the signs for the Tokyo Bay area. You will eventually merge onto Route 357. Continue on Route 357 until you reach Odaiba. Look for signs directing you to Odaiba Beach (1 Chome-4 Daiba, Minato City, Tokyo 135-0091). Parking is available at nearby facilities, but expect to pay around ¥500-¥1500 depending on the duration of your stay.

Public Transportation
From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line (快速) towards Tokyo. Transfer at Shinjuku Station to the JR Yamanote Line. Travel towards Osaki and get off at Shimbashi Station. At Shimbashi, transfer to the Yurikamome Line (新交通ゆりかもめ) and ride it directly to Daiba Station, which is the closest stop to Odaiba Beach. The total cost for this trip will be approximately ¥1,500-¥2,000 depending on the exact route and transfers. Once at Daiba Station, follow the signs to Odaiba Beach, which is a short walk away.
