Car

If you're traveling by car from Dewa, head southwest on Route 13. Follow Route 13 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection for Route 286. Turn right onto Route 286 and continue for about 10 kilometers. Follow the signs for Zao Onsen Ski Resort. Please note that parking fees may apply at the resort, so be prepared for additional costs.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus

For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Dewa Station to Yamagata Station via the Yamagata Shinkansen (approximately 15 minutes).
