From Hakone, take Route 1 towards Odawara and continue until you reach the junction for Route 134. Merge onto Route 134 and follow the signs for Enoshima. There is parking available nearby, but note that parking fees may apply, typically around ¥500-¥1000 for a few hours.

From Hakone, make your way to Odawara Station. Take the JR Tokaido Line towards Atami and transfer at Ofuna Station onto the JR Shonan Shinjuku Line towards Zushi. Get off at Fujisawa Station. From Fujisawa Station, take the Enoden Line towards Kamakura and get off at Katase Enoshima Station. The aquarium is a 10-minute walk from the station. Make sure to have around ¥1,000-¥1,500 for the train fares.

From Hakone, head to Hakone-Yumoto Station and take the bus to Odawara Station. Once at Odawara Station, you can take the JR Tokaido Line to Fujisawa Station. After arriving at Fujisawa Station, transfer to the Enoden Line towards Kamakura and disembark at Katase Enoshima Station. The aquarium is within a 10-minute walking distance from there. The total cost for the bus and train combined will be approximately ¥1,500.
