From Hakone, start by heading south on Route 1 (National Route 1) toward Fujisawa. Continue driving for approximately 30 minutes, following the signs for Fujisawa. Once you reach Fujisawa, take the exit for Katasekaigan. Merge onto Katasekaigan Street and follow it until you reach 1 Chome-15-1 Katasekaigan, where Katase Higashihama Beach is located. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

From Hakone, take the Hakone Tozan Railway to Odawara Station. Once at Odawara Station, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and head towards Fujisawa Station. After arriving at Fujisawa Station, exit the station and look for bus stop No. 2, where you can catch the Fujikyu bus heading to Katasekaigan. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Katasekaigan stop, and you will be just a short walk from Katase Higashihama Beach, located at 1 Chome-15-1 Katasekaigan.
