If you're driving, start from Hakone Yumoto Station. Head west on Route 1 towards Gora. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the Gora area. Look for signs directing you to the Hakone Ropeway Sounzan Station. The station is located near the Gora Park, and there is parking available nearby.

To reach Hakone Ropeway Sounzan Station via public transportation, take the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone Yumoto Station. Board the train heading towards Gora Station.
