Car
If you are driving from Hakone, start by getting onto Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) from Hakone. Follow signs for Yokohama and merge onto Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for about 35 km, then take the exit toward Kanagawa Prefectural Road 12. Follow this road for about 5 km, then turn left onto Kamishiranecho Street. Zoorasia will be on your right at 1175-1 Kamishiranecho, Asahi Ward, Yokohama. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Zoorasia via public transport, you can take a train from Hakone to Yokohama. First, take the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. From Odawara, take the JR Tōkaidō Line to Yokohama Station. At Yokohama Station, transfer to the JR Negishi Line and travel to the Nakayama Station. From Nakayama Station, you can take a taxi for approximately 10 minutes (around 1,500 yen) or check for local bus services that can take you closer to Zoorasia. The address is 1175-1 Kamishiranecho, Asahi Ward, Yokohama.
