If you are driving, start from the center of Iyo and take Route 33 heading towards Matsuyama. After approximately 25 minutes, merge onto the Matsuyama Expressway (E56) and continue for about 30 km. Take the exit towards Matsuyama City and follow signs for Route 195. Once you reach Matsuyama, you can park your car in one of the public parking lots near the JR Matsuyama Station. From there, head towards the station's west exit where you will find a bus stop. Follow the signs to the Tower of Winds / Toyo Ito which is located approximately 5 km away.

To reach Tower of Winds / Toyo Ito using public transportation, first take the JR Yosan Line from Iyo Station to Matsuyama Station. This train ride takes about 30 minutes.
