If you're traveling by car in Tajima, start by heading towards Route 312. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Route 9. Merge onto Route 9 and continue for about 25 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Yokohama, as Hokokuji is located in the Midori Ward of Yokohama. Once you reach the area, use a GPS or navigation app to guide you to '7 Chome-4-7 Kamoi, Midori Ward, Yokohama'. Be aware that parking may be limited near the temple, so plan to arrive early.

To reach Hokokuji using public transportation, first locate the nearest train station in Tajima. Take the train on the JR Line towards Yokohama.
