Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Higo and head northwest on Route 57. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 215. Turn left onto Route 215 and drive for another 10 kilometers. The temple will be on your left at 2292 Manganji, Minamioguni, Aso District, Kumamoto 869-2402. There is parking available on-site.

Public Transportation - Train
For those using public transportation, take the Kumamoto Electric Railway from Kumamoto Station to Akamizu Station. The journey takes around 50 minutes. From Akamizu Station, you can catch a local bus (Bus Number 80) towards Manganji. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Manganji bus stop, and from there, it's a 15-minute walk to Tachimamorusanmangan Temple, located at 2292 Manganji.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, if you are already in Higo, you can take a direct bus service from Higo to Minamioguni. Look for the 'Higo Transport' buses that run approximately every hour. The ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Minamioguni, transfer to Bus Number 80 towards Manganji and get off at the Manganji stop. The temple is a 15-minute walk from there.
