If you're driving in Yufuin, head south on Yufuin's main street (Yufuin Ekimae Street) towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route 210. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 km. As you approach the area with the beautiful views of the mountains, look for Yama no Hotel Musouen on your right at 1243 Yufuincho Kawaminami. There is free parking available on-site.

To reach Yama no Hotel Musouen via public transportation, first take a local bus from Yufuin Station. Board the bus heading towards 'Yufuin Onsen' or 'Kawaminami'. The bus fare is around 300 yen and the journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Kawaminami' bus stop, which is very close to the hotel. From the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. Just head north along the street, and you will see the hotel on your left.
