    If you are starting from Hiroshima Station, take the Astram Line (a light rail) from Hiroshima Station towards Hachihonmatsu. Get off at the Kencho-mae Station (about 10 minutes ride). From Kencho-mae Station, it's a short walk to the Hiroshima Gokoku Shrine. Exit the station and head south down the street, turning left at the first intersection. Continue straight until you reach the shrine at 21-2 Motomachi, Naka Ward.

    From Hiroshima Station, head east on the Aioi Street (Aioi-dori) towards the city center. Continue until you reach the Motomachi intersection where you will turn left onto Motomachi Street. Follow Motomachi Street for about 1 kilometer. The Hiroshima Gokoku Shrine will be on your right. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to look for a spot or use a nearby public parking lot.
