Take the exit for Hiroshima Nishi IC and continue straight. Use Route 54 to head towards Naka Ward. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Motomachi. Once you reach Motomachi, look for 5 Motomachi, where the Hannover Garden Sundial is located. There is limited parking available, so check for nearby parking lots.

To reach Hannover Garden Sundial using public transportation, start by finding the nearest bus or train station in Hiroshima countryside. Take a local train or bus heading towards Hiroshima Station. Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, transfer to the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden) and board a tram heading towards the Motomachi area. Get off at the Motomachi stop. From there, it's a short walk to 5 Motomachi, Naka Ward, where the sundial is located. Be prepared to pay for your tram fare, which is typically around 200-300 yen.
