Getting There

Walking

Daisho-in Temple is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Miyajima ferry terminal. Upon exiting the ferry terminal, follow the main road to your left, passing by shops and restaurants. Continue along the path as it winds through the town, following signs for Daisho-in Temple. The temple entrance will be on your right, at the base of Mount Misen.
Public Transport

From Hiroshima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line to Miyajimaguchi Station (25 minutes, ¥420). From Miyajimaguchi Station, walk to the ferry pier (5 minutes) and take the ferry to Miyajima (10 minutes, ¥200 plus ¥100 visitor tax). Upon arrival at the Miyajima ferry terminal, it is a 15-minute walk to Daisho-in Temple. Alternatively, take tram line 2 from Hiroshima to Miyajimaguchi (70 minutes, ¥240) , then the ferry to Miyajima.
