Car
If you're driving from central Hitachi, head southwest on Route 6 (Yamato Street) towards Yokosuka. Continue on Route 6 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Yokosuka. Once you arrive in Yokosuka, follow signs for Dobuita Street by taking the exit towards Kanagawa Prefectural Road 25. Continue on this road until you reach 2 Chome-15 Honcho. Look for parking options nearby as street parking may be limited.
Train
To reach Dobuita Street via public transportation, take the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station to Ueno Station. Transfer to the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and head south towards Ofuna Station. Change at Yokohama Station to the JR Yokosuka Line, which will take you directly to Yokosuka Station. Upon arrival at Yokosuka Station, exit the station and walk approximately 15 minutes to Dobuita Street, following the signs towards the city center.
Bus
From Hitachi, you can take a bus to Yokosuka. Check the schedule at Hitachi Bus Terminal for buses heading to Yokosuka. Once you arrive at the Yokosuka Bus Terminal, you can either walk or take a local bus (like the Keikyu Bus) heading towards Dobuita Street. The walk from the bus terminal is about 20 minutes; simply head south towards Honcho and look for signs directing you to Dobuita Street.
