Car
If you're driving, start from Hitachi city center and head south on Route 6. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 254. Take the exit towards Nerima City and merge onto Route 254 heading east. After about 10 kilometers, keep left to continue on Route 254, following signs for Nerima. As you approach the area, look for signs to Kitamachi Sengen Shrine, which is located at 2 Chome-2-41 Kitamachi, Nerima City. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Kitamachi Sengen Shrine using public transport, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. Ride for about 40 minutes until you reach Shinjuku Station. At Shinjuku Station, transfer to the Seibu Shinjuku Line towards Hon-Kawagoe and get off at Takadanobaba Station. From there, change to the Toei Oedo Line and ride towards Hikarigaoka, getting off at Nerima Station. Exit the station and walk towards the East Exit. From Nerima Station, catch bus number 63 or 64 towards Kitamachi and get off at Kitamachi Sengen Shrine stop. The shrine is a short walk from the bus stop.
