Car
If you are driving from central Hitachi, get on Route 6 and head north. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 254. Take a right turn onto Route 254 and follow the signs towards Kawagoe. After about 10 kilometers, take the exit towards Kawagoe city center. Once you are in Kawagoe, follow the signs to Shintomicho. Koedo Kurari is located at 1 Chome-10-1 Shintomicho, which should be easily accessible with parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Koedo Kurari using public transportation, start by taking the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station towards Ueno. Transfer at Mito Station to the JR Ueno-Tokyo Line heading towards Kawagoe. Once you arrive at Kawagoe Station, exit the station and take the East Exit. From there, you can take the Seibu Shinjuku Line or a local bus to Shintomicho. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Disembark at the nearest bus stop to 1 Chome-10-1 Shintomicho, and you will find Koedo Kurari just a short walk away.
