Car
From Hitachi, get onto Route 6 heading south. Follow the signs toward Mito and continue on Route 6 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 349. Merge onto Route 349 and continue for about 15 kilometers. Merge onto the Ken-O Expressway towards Yokohama. Continue south on the Ken-O Expressway and take the exit for Kamakura. Follow the signs for Kamakura and then for Kajiwara. Once you arrive in Kajiwara, Kuzuharaoka Shrine will be located at 5 Chome-9-1 Kajiwara. Look for parking near the shrine.

Train
From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line to Mito Station. At Mito Station, transfer to the JR Ueno-Tokyo Line and take the train towards Kamakura. Once you arrive at Kamakura Station, exit the station and catch the Enoden Line towards Fujisawa. Get off at Kajiwara Station. From Kajiwara Station, it is a short 10-minute walk to Kuzuharaoka Shrine. Head east on Kajiwara Road, then turn left at the intersection onto Kajiwara Street; the shrine will be on your right.

From Hitachi Station, take the Ibaraki Kotsu bus service towards Kamakura. The bus will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Kamakura, get off at Kajiwara Station stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Kuzuharaoka Shrine. Walk east on Kajiwara Road, then turn left at the intersection onto Kajiwara Street, and the shrine will be on your right.
