Car
If you are driving from the center of Hitachi, take National Route 6 (Kanto Road) south toward Mito. After approximately 30 kilometers, merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6) heading towards Tokyo. Continue for about 80 kilometers, then take the exit toward Ueno. Follow the signs for Ueno Park and Okachimachi. Once you reach Okachimachi, look for parking spaces nearby. Okachimachi Panda Square is located at 3 Chome-26 Ueno, Taito City, which is a short walk from the parking area.
Public Transportation
To reach Okachimachi Panda Square from Hitachi using public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line heading to Ueno Station. The journey will take about 60 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, follow the signs to the Ueno Park exit. From the station, it’s a pleasant 10-minute walk to Okachimachi Panda Square at 3 Chome-26 Ueno, Taito City.
