Public Transport
If you are in central Hitachi, head to Hitachi Station. From there, take the JR Joban Line train towards Toride. After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Take the train towards Asakusa and get off at Inaricho Station. Exit the station and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will find Ono Terusaki Shrine at 2 Chome-13-14 Shitaya.
Car
If you're driving from Hitachi, get on National Route 6 from the city center. Follow National Route 6 for about 60 kilometers, then merge onto the Tokyo Expressway. Continue on the expressway for approximately 17 kilometers, then take the exit towards Ueno. Follow the signs to Taito City, and use your GPS to navigate to 2 Chome-13-14 Shitaya, Tokyo 110-0004. There should be parking available nearby, but check in advance as it can be limited.
