If you're driving, start from central Hitachi and head towards the nearest expressway. Take the Joban Expressway southbound. After approximately 100 kilometers, take the exit towards Tokyo. Follow signs for Shuto Expressway and merge onto Route 1. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the Minato City area. Look for signs directing you to Shiba Park. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for parking fees, which may vary from 500 to 1000 JPY per hour.

For public transportation, make your way to Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Ride the Ginza Line to the Toranomon Station. From Toranomon Station, exit and walk approximately 15 minutes to Shiba Park 4th Block. Be sure to purchase a ticket at the station, which will cost about 1,200 JPY for the entire journey.

You can also take a highway bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Board the bus at Hitachi Bus Terminal and travel to Tokyo Station. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the Toei Mita Line and get off at Shibakoen Station. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Shiba Park 4th Block. The bus fare is around 2,500 JPY, and the total travel time is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
