If you're driving from central Hitachi, start by heading south on Route 6 (National Route 6) towards Tokyo. After approximately 45 kilometers, merge onto the Joban Expressway towards Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for about 70 kilometers. Take the exit towards Shimbashi and follow the signs to Minato City. Once in the city, follow the signs to Shiba Park. The park is located at 2 Chome-1 Shibakoen, Minato City. Parking may be available nearby, but check for any applicable fees.

To reach Shiba Park Memorial via public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno and get off at Ueno Station. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and board the train towards Shibuya. Get off at the Toranomon Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Shiba Park. Follow the signs towards Shibakoen, and you will reach the park located at 2 Chome-1 Shibakoen, Minato City. Be sure to check train schedules for any potential costs.
