Car
If you are driving from central Hitachi, head southwest on Route 6 towards Ibaraki. After about 40 km, merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6) towards Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for approximately 100 km, then take the exit for Route 4 towards Arakawa City. Follow Route 4 and signs for Minamisenju. After about 5 km, turn left onto 8 Chome, and you will find Shioiri Park on your right at 8 Chome-13-1.
Train
To reach Shioiri Park by train, start at Hitachi Station. Take the Joban Line towards Ueno. Transfer at Ueno Station to the Hibiya Line towards Naka-Meguro. Get off at Minamisenju Station. Exit the station and head northeast on Route 48. After about 500 meters, turn left onto 8 Chome. Shioiri Park will be on your left at 8 Chome-13-1.
Bus
From Hitachi, board a bus heading to Ueno. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to a local bus that goes to Minamisenju. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Minamisenju stop. From there, walk northeast on Route 48 for about 500 meters, then turn left onto 8 Chome. Shioiri Park will be on your left at 8 Chome-13-1.
