Car

If you are driving, start by heading south on Route 6, also known as the Joban Expressway. Follow the signs for Tokyo. After about 90 kilometers, take the exit towards Shinjuku. Continue on the Shinjuku Route until you reach the intersection with Shinjuku-dori. Turn left onto Shinjuku-dori and proceed for about 1 kilometer. You will see 'The Giant 3D Cat' on your right at 3 Chome-38 Shinjuku. There are parking facilities available nearby.
Train

If you are taking public transportation, head to Hitachi Station. From there, board the Joban Line train bound for Ueno. After approximately 1 hour of travel, disembark at Shinjuku Station. Once you arrive, take the East Exit. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach Shinjuku-dori. Turn left and continue walking for another 200 meters.
