Getting There

Car
From Hitachi, head south on Route 6 towards Mito. Follow the signs for the Joban Expressway (常磐自動車道) and enter the expressway at Mito. Continue on the Joban Expressway for approximately 70 km. Take the exit at Narita Interchange and merge onto the Higashi-Kanto Expressway (東関東自動車道) towards Chiba. Exit at Urayasu and follow the signs to Tokyo Disneyland. The total driving time is around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Note that there are toll fees on the expressways, which may cost around ¥1,500 to ¥2,000.
