To reach Tokyo Dome City using public transportation from Hitachi, start by taking the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station towards Ueno. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and take the train towards Ikebukuro. After two stops, get off at Korakuen Station.
