Car
If you're driving from Hitachi, head south on Route 6 (National Route 6) towards Mito. Follow the signs for the Joban Expressway and merge onto it. Continue on the expressway until you reach the exit for Shibuya. Once you exit, follow the signs for Shibuya, which will lead you onto Route 246 (Tamachi Street). As you approach Shibuya, look for signs for the Tower Records, which is located in the Jpr Shibuya Tower Records Building at 1 Chome-22-14 Jinnan, Shibuya. Parking may be available near the building, but it can be limited, so plan accordingly.

Public Transportation
To reach Tower Records Shibuya using public transportation, start by finding the nearest train station in Hitachi. Take the Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer to the Yamanote Line at Ueno Station. Board the Yamanote Line train heading towards Shibuya Station. Once you arrive at Shibuya Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the Hachiko Exit. Once outside, head towards the Jpr Shibuya Tower Records Building at 1 Chome-22-14 Jinnan, which is a short walk from the station. Look for the tall building with the Tower Records signage.
