If you're driving from Hitachi, head south on Route 6 (National Route 6) towards Mito. Follow the signs for the Joban Expressway and merge onto it. To reach Tower Records Shibuya using public transportation, start by finding the nearest train station in Hitachi. Take the Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer to the Yamanote Line at Ueno Station.
