If you are driving from the center of Hitachi, head south on Route 6 towards the city of Yokosuka. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 70 kilometers. As you approach Yokosuka, follow signs for Route 16. Once you are on Route 16, keep an eye out for signs for Verny Park. Take the exit toward Shioiricho, and then follow local streets to reach 1 Chome−1, where Verny Park is located. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Verny Park using public transportation, start by taking a train from Hitachi Station to Yokosuka Station. You can use the JR Joban Line to get to Ueno Station, and then transfer to the JR Yokosuka Line towards Zushi. Upon arriving at Yokosuka Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal. Take the bus number 15 towards Shioiricho. Get off at the 'Shioiricho' bus stop, which is just a short walk from Verny Park (approximately 5 minutes). Follow the local signs to reach the park.
