    From central Ise, take Route 42 towards Tsu. Continue on Route 42 for approximately 25 kilometers. As you approach Tsu, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Sakaemachi. Take the exit toward Sakaemachi and follow the signs. After exiting, you will find Shitennoji Inari Shrine at 1 Chome Sakaemachi, Tsu, Mie 514-0004 on your right. There should be parking available nearby.

    From Ise Station, take the Kintetsu Line train towards Tsu Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Tsu Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal. Take the bus number 10 or 11 toward Sakaemachi. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Sakaemachi stop, and Shitennoji Inari Shrine will be a short walk from there, located at 1 Chome Sakaemachi, Tsu, Mie 514-0004.
