Public Transport
The Azuma Bus operates a route from the Ishigaki Bus Terminal and Ishigaki Airport to Hirakubozaki Lighthouse, but service is infrequent, with only three buses per day. From the airport, the bus fare is ¥980, and from the Bus Terminal, it is ¥1400. A one-day bus pass for ¥1000 may be economical for a round trip. The bus will drop you off near the lighthouse, a 20-minute walk away.

A taxi from Ishigaki Airport to Hirakubozaki Lighthouse will take approximately 50 minutes and cost around ¥8,000 - ¥10,000. From the city center, the ride is about 80 minutes.
