Continue on Route 6 for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Kabira. Turn left onto Route 87, then follow the signs for Ishizaki Beach. The beach will be on your left side shortly after entering the Kabira area. Parking is available near the beach, but may incur a small fee, usually around 500 yen.
