If you are driving, head towards Matsuyama city center. From Iyo, take Route 33 towards Matsuyama. Once you enter Matsuyama, follow the signs for Minatomachi. The Botchan Train Museum is located at 4 Chome−4−1, within the Iyo Railway Group Headquarters building, which is situated in Minatomachi. Look for parking spaces around the area as street parking may be limited.
Public Transportation
To reach the Botchan Train Museum using public transportation, take the Iyotetsu tram from Iyo Station. Board the tram heading towards Matsuyama. You will need to get off at the 'Minatomachi' stop. From there, it's just a short walk. Exit the tram station and head towards the Iyo Railway Group Headquarters, which is a short distance away. The museum is located on the 1st floor of the building at 4 Chome−4−1.
