Car
If you're driving from Iyo to Kyoto City Rakusai Bamboo Park, start by getting onto the Matsuyama Expressway (E56) from Iyo. Continue on E56 for about 20 kilometers and then take the exit towards Kyoto. Merge onto the Kyoto Jukan Expressway and follow the signs to Nishikyo Ward. Once you reach Nishikyo Ward, use your GPS to navigate to 2 Chome-300-3 Oekitafukunishicho, where the park is located. There is parking available near the entrance of the park. Expect to pay approximately 500 yen for parking.

To reach Kyoto City Rakusai Bamboo Park via public transportation, first take a train from Iyo to Kyoto Station. You can take the Iyotetsu Gunchū Line to Matsuyama, then transfer to the JR Shinkansen (bullet train) towards Shin-Osaka. At Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sanin Line towards Sonobe, and get off at the Enmachi Station. From there, take bus number 63 towards Oekitafuku-Nishi and get off at the Oekitafuku-Nishi stop. The park is a short walk from the bus stop. The total train fare should be around 4000 yen, and the bus fare is about 210 yen.
