Public Transport
To reach Odoi Beach using public transportation, take the Izu Hakone Railway from Izu city center to Shuzenji Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. From Shuzenji Station, take a local bus heading to Odoi. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may not be frequent. Upon reaching the Odoi bus stop, Odoi Beach is just a short 5-minute walk from there. The train fare from Izu city center to Shuzenji Station is approximately ¥500, and the bus fare from Shuzenji Station to Odoi is about ¥600.
Car
If you're driving from central Izu, head southeast on Route 1 (Izu Skyline) towards Odoi. Continue for about 15 km until you reach the turnoff for Odoi Beach. Follow the signs for Odoi Beach, and you will arrive at the beach's parking area. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with some cash or your credit card. Parking fees typically range from ¥500 to ¥1000 per day.
