    If you're traveling by car, head towards Taishacho Kizukihigashi, Izumo, Shimane 699-0701. From central Izumo, take Route 9 towards Taisha. Continue on Route 9 for about 8 km, then turn left onto Route 431. Follow this road until you see signs for Pond of Purity on your right. There is limited parking available at the site.

    First, take the JR San'in Line from Izumo-shi Station to Izumo Taisha-mae Station. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. From Izumo Taisha-mae Station, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a local bus. If walking, head east along the main road until you reach the Pond of Purity. If taking the bus, board the bus heading toward Taisha and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the Pond of Purity.
