    If you're driving from the center of Izumo, head east on Route 9. After approximately 15 kilometers, take a right onto Route 314 at the sign for Tachikue Gorge. There is no entry fee for accessing the gorge, but be aware that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 500 yen.

    From Izumo Station, take the Ichibata Electric Railway bus towards Otsu. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Tachikue’ bus stop.
