If you are driving to Tebikigaoka Park, start from the center of Izumo. Navigate to Route 9 (also known as the Sanin Expressway). From Route 9, take the exit towards Takicho. Follow the signs to Takicho Kuchitagi, and then turn onto Takicho Road. Continue straight for about 2 km, and you will see the entrance to Tebikigaoka Park on your right. There is parking available at the park, which is free of charge.
