If you are driving from Kai, take National Route 20 north towards Nagano. Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 121. Merge onto Route 121 and continue towards Nikko. After approximately 15 kilometers, take a slight left onto Route 104. Follow this road for another 10 kilometers, and then turn right onto the road leading to Kinugawa Onsen. The Kinugawa Onsen Fureai Bridge is located at 476-4 Kinugawaonsentaki, Nikko, Tochigi 321-2526. Parking is available nearby but may incur a small fee.
