Car
If you are traveling by car from Kai, head west on Route 20 towards Fujikawaguchiko. Follow this road for approximately 30 kilometers. You will pass through the town of Fujiyoshida. Continue on Route 20 until you reach Route 139, then take a left turn onto Route 139. Follow Route 139 for about 8 kilometers, and then turn right onto Azagawa Road. The Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway will be on your left. There is a parking area available on site, which may incur a parking fee.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, start by taking the Fujikyu Railway from Kai-Zenkoji Station to Fujisan Station. The train ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Fujisan Station, transfer to the Fujikyu Bus heading towards the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may vary by day. The total travel time will be around an hour, and the bus fare will be around 500 yen.
